To further enhance their online offerings, TIE Industrial needed a way to offer the option of purchase a repair for product.  Before this project, a customer could purchase a product, but not the repair for it. Trinity enabled this new feature by presenting a button option to “Repair Yours” for customers on the product page.

Buildout in BigCommerce

Trinity assisted in a buildout for this new feature on the BigCommerce platform, allowing users to toggle between purchase of a part and repair of the part at the PDP level.

This new feature creates more robust offerings from TIE Industrial, already a leading manufacturing brand. The new button creates another opportunity for TIE Industrial to reach its users at a critical point of purchase, while also streamlining the customer’s options all in one place.
